Dominic Keogh Peters - FOUNDER
Dominic has led award winning HR teams across diverse industries and regions including the UK, EMENA and APAC within billion-dollar multinational organizations.
His leadership has encompassed a wide spectrum of corporate activities, ranging from driving growth, business transformations to navigating complex mergers, working alongside leading global brands.
Throughout his career he has been involved in developing HR talent for the future. Dominic has worked as a lecturer and coach on the CIPD professional development programmes at the PWC Academy and as a guest lecturer at various leading regional universities. He has worked as a coach and mentor to first time HR Directors for the UK CIPD and designed and delivered an in-house company HR Academy and Emirati HR development programme.
Dominic actively contributes to HR thought leadership in newspaper articles, podcasts, and webinars. He is an international speaker, delivering keynote speeches and lecturing and in 2023 published a book on HR transformation. His work on HR transformation has been showcased by the CIPD in their digital learning series and presented at the London Festival of Work in both 2021 and 2024.
Dominic has served as a judge for the CIPD awards, participated in shaping regional MENA CIPD professional standards, and is a member of the CIPD regional advisory committee. He has been named one of the most influential HR leaders in the MENA region by the Economic Times in 2022 and his Axiom Telecom team won the CIPD MENA best People team in 2021
Dominic has worked in multiple roles including Group CHRO, board member, consultant, lecturer, and coach. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a graduate of the Wharton Business School CHRO programme.
This broad multifaceted experience has shaped his perspective and approach and enables him to offer comprehensive people strategies to complex business challenges.
